Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Thank you for choosing Treehouse Point! Starting January 2025, you'll be able to redeem gift certificates directly through our website. Until then, please call us at (425) 441-8087 during business hours to make your reservation.

Your never-expiring gift card must be used for one complete stay and requires advance booking. While the gift card covers your stay, we'll need a credit card on file when making the reservation. If your selected dates have a higher rate, the difference will be due at booking. Any remaining balance can be used toward our signature CharcuterTREE board, including vegetarian options.

As a reminder, Treehouse Point doesn't accommodate children under 16, pets, or smoking on the property.

If you need to modify your reservation, you may transfer it to a different date without incurring a cancellation fee. However, please note that you will be responsible for any rate differences. We recommend carefully reviewing your travel plans and our current booking policies (available on our website) before making your reservation. The gift card is non-refundable and non-replaceable if lost or stolen.

A note about how to book:

A two-night stay requirement is in effect for most of the week, with check-ins and check-outs on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Sundays are always offered as single night stays. Additionally, the months of December and January are offered as single night stays.

We open reservations for WEEKDAY stays on the first Monday of each month for the same month of the following year. For example, May 2026 will open May 5th, 2025 @ 2pm. 

If you wish to stay on a WEEKEND, please note that weekends are closed year round until 60 days prior. Each Monday afternoon at 2pm Pacific Time, we open the next 60-day-out weekend to online reservations, around any wedding bookings that have come in prior.
