Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher as you see it in the window above together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

Your never-expiring gift card must be used for one complete stay and requires advance booking. While the gift card covers your stay, we'll need a credit card on file when making the reservation. If your selected dates have a higher rate, the difference will be due at booking. Any remaining balance can be used toward our selection of amenity packages or onsite merchandise.

As a reminder, Treehouse Point doesn't accommodate children under 16, pets, or smoking on the property.

As part of booking your reservation with us, you agree to our cancellation policy. We want to ensure that our cancellation terms are transparent and easy to understand. Please take a moment to review the details below:

• A $100 cancellation fee applies to all reservation cancellations, regardless of the time of cancellation.
• If you cancel your reservation three weeks (21 days) or more prior to your scheduled stay, you will receive a full refund, minus the $100 cancellation fee.
• If you cancel your reservation between 14 and 20 days prior to your scheduled stay, you will receive a 50% refund, minus the $100 cancellation fee.
• If you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled stay, unfortunately, no refund will be provided.

We recommend carefully reviewing your travel plans and our current booking policies (available on our website) before making your reservation. The gift card is non-refundable and non-replaceable if lost or stolen.
